Check it, don’t chance it
Listen to your body. Act on cancer.
Most changes to your body won’t be cancer, but it’s important to know what’s normal for you. If you notice something that doesn’t feel right or won’t go away, don’t ignore it. Speaking to your doctor early can help provide reassurance or help find problems sooner, when treatment is often more successful.

Have you noticed…
- A lump?
- Blood in your poo?
- Blood in your wee?
- Losing weight without trying?
- Any unexplained pain?
Have you noticed a change in your body?
If you’ve noticed any of these symptoms, or something that isn’t normal for you, your doctor will want to see you.
Even if it’s not cancer (and most times it isn’t), your doctor will want to check it out. Reaching out to your doctor now can give you peace of mind, and catching any problem early makes all the difference.
